How we work together

A clear path from the first call to a team that runs AI on its own. Usually two to three months, start to finish.

  1. Intro call

    Understand your business and what you want from AI.

    A relaxed first call. You tell me about your company and what you're trying to solve. No prep, no pressure. If it's a fit, we take it from there.

  2. Direction with your leadership

    Agree where AI fits and what you expect from it.

    I facilitate the conversation across your leadership and management, so the whole room aligns on where AI belongs, what you want from it, and how you'll measure it. Real business outcomes, not how many tokens you spend a month.

  3. Hands-on workshops

    Get your people using the tools on real work.

    I run the workshops and teach your teams how to use each tool properly, on their own tasks. As we go, I watch for the people who get it and help you spot your future champions.

  4. You run it without me

    Reach the point where you no longer need me.

    After a few workshops the company levels off. Leadership knows what to expect and how to steer it, and your internal AI champions are in place to carry it forward and support everyone else.
